Hey guys! Today is the last practice already! Your next practice will be after exams and would be informed through your SLs. Even though its the end of year examination week, I'm sure you guys would not study the whole day right? Take out part of your time to practice your instruments, if you cannot practice, at least read through your scores. I'm sure you do not want to let your tutor's effort go to waste, or even Mr Lim to come down to help you guys and then you guys forget everything. After exam breaks we really do not have much time left to ensemble competition. For sec ones, remember to do your tuning charts everyday and practice your instruments also! Don't let Ms Loh or Ms Ng's effort go down the drain, I'm sure you want them to teach you more things to improve on your playing after exam breaks rather than them going through the same parts that they taught you before over and over again. We are one band one sound, if there's anything you guys don't know you can always approach each other for help! Good luck for your EOY! (:

To nurture students musically, to provide them with a strong foundation in the study of music. To train students to be leaders. The band was formed in the year 2001, thus, making the Regent band one of the youngest in the region of Choa Chu Kang, Yew Tee. Mr. Lim Yean Hwee was appointed in 2002 as Music Director to the Regent Wind Symphony, and has lead the band into our first SYF in 2003, which we managed to clinch a Silver award. Following up in 2005, we yet to bag another Silver award through our hard work. Last year, in 2007, our band managed to get a Silver award. { }
