Hey guys! tommorow is finally the day, after weeks of preparation for the new pieces and as well as the other pieces that we have already played before. Please really take care of yourselves and as well as your health. Tommorow will be a really long day if you include school hours in it. so drink lots and lots of water and sleep early tonight! remember to practice your instruments too. if you can't, listen to the recording and follow through your scores. it'll be best to practice with a metronome. Online metronomes can be found on net so there will be no excuse if you forgot to bring home your metronomes. :) Don't neglect your studies too! finish up all your homework before practicing! you do not want teachers to be scolding you tommorow yeah? Play out and play your best tommorow at NTU! Also, do your best in the rehearsal at NTU! it is also very important. You do not want to dissapoint Mr lim, the teachers, as well as the alumni right? So play well, play out and do your best. Don't be nervous, and focus on Mr Lim all the time. Please do not lose focus especially while playing, and also please report to the music room on time for tommorow so that necessary preparations can be done and we won't be late to NTU! All the best for tommorow, Regent Wind Symphony, Make everyone proud! We can do it. :)

To nurture students musically, to provide them with a strong foundation in the study of music. To train students to be leaders. The band was formed in the year 2001, thus, making the Regent band one of the youngest in the region of Choa Chu Kang, Yew Tee. Mr. Lim Yean Hwee was appointed in 2002 as Music Director to the Regent Wind Symphony, and has lead the band into our first SYF in 2003, which we managed to clinch a Silver award. Following up in 2005, we yet to bag another Silver award through our hard work. Last year, in 2007, our band managed to get a Silver award. { }
