2 more days to SIBF,1 more practice to SIBF.

There's really nothing much to say but it all depend on every single one of you. I really hope that all of you remember what Mr Lim said and since there's no practice tomorrow,use the time wisely at home to practice for those that brought home their instruments.

On the day itself,

- Play EVEN better than how you play during combine.
- Please remember where you are sitting.
- DO NOT tap your feets.
- DO NOT look at other places like the audiences cause there's a high chance that you will play wrongly.
- Listen for your intonation,don't just play out everything.
- Look at the conductor,look at what is written on your score.
- ALWAYS remember to apply what you've learnt!!!

You guys will tend to get excited or anxious and will totally forget about eg. like HOW you should breathe,listen to the other section which your section should listen to etc.

LOOK! LISTEN! REACT FAST!

Goodnight,drink plenty of water! Practice hard tomorrow!

Always remember what KunJie told you : The more scared/nervous you are,the more you have to look at the conductor!

Mr. Lim Yean Hwee was appointed in 2002 as Music Director to the Regent Wind Symphony, and has lead the band into our first SYF in 2003, which we managed to clinch a Silver award. Following up in 2005, we yet to bag another Silver award through our hard work. Last year, in 2007, our band managed to get a Silver award. { }
