Sec ones',I know it's hard but you have NO choice,bear with it cause it's just 20 more days away to SIBF. By this time,we should already know how to play the pieces well enough already but did we? It does not mean that you're a junior and you have the privilege to not practice as hard as what your seniors did. Seniors,you guys are already a SENIOR so lead with example. Being a senior does not mean that you are good enough,practice and improve even more! Guide your juniors and teach them. Who cares if you are a sec one or a senior? On stage,we still play as a band. So by this time,you should already know your pieces well,NO MORE wrong notes. 

For those that failed the audition,practice hard and NEVER give up. Tell Mr Failure that you will stand up again and again no matter what! Give the right attitude! (: You must have the right mind set to do something well,with a mindset that tells you that : "Forget it,I can never do it." will just lead you to failure again.

Do the right things. Teach the right things. Learn the right things.

Practice hard! If you don't practice,nobody can help you. Seniors/alumni can only teach you but if you don't practice what you have learnt from them,you will just forget about it eventually. So what's the use? It is just wasting the time to make them repeat what they have taught you. Practice what you have learnt and apply them.

REMEMBER : IT'S 20 MORE DAYS TO SIBF AND NOT 20 MORE PRACTICES TO SIBF. BUCK UP!
