We will be having a combine concert with ShuQun and Hougang band on the 20th November 2008, at Victoria Concert Hall. Timing will be either at 1930 or 2000.
The first half of the concert will be performed by ShuQun and Hougang, while the second half will be peformed by Regent and a combine band of all schools. Each band will take up 15minutes while the combine band will take up 20minutes.
The pieces we are playing have not been confirmed yet.
The combine band consists of selected members from each band. The selected members in Regent will be informed by the Excos when the list is out.
Tickets will be selling at $10 each. Do invite your friends or family to come support! Each school will have to sell about 210 tickets each. So let's start selling them off now!
Please inform your SLs the total number of tickets you need and SLs please consolidate the total number of tickets and inform the Excos.
Note that most of the Sec1s will be involved in this concert, and the names have not been finalised yet.

Hey people, Examinations are just round the corner uh.
Study hard and all the best okay! Do have adequate rest yeah, and don't neglect your instruments too!
Remember to practise Etude 1 to 35 for the competition after your exams, MacBeth, Machu Picchu and also the pieces for your groups/ quintet/ quartet etc.
All the best to the sec4s who are taking their N levels, and also sec4/5s who are going to take their Os!

I hope everybody enjoyed today exchange especially the sec 1s, so i believed that everyone has learned something new, must apply k ! :D
I know today is tiring for you all, rest well, drink more water and dont fall sick, examinations are comming real soon, let's all mug hard together :D

I hope you guys have enjoyed today exchange and also picked up a thing or two from the schools. Of course, thank you CCKSS for hosting this exchange.
Yeah, today has been a pretty tiring day. Do take great care of yourself, drink plenty of water and rest well! :D
Please be in school 7am in your pe attire tomorrow.
Please prepare 5 gifts for your respective section.
Also, you can also bring some snacks to have it during the break.

It may just be an exchange to some, but from an exchange, we can actually learn from each other (schools). Don't underestimate an exchange. (If you do)
Reproduce/ Apply what we have learnt from Mr Lim/ Ms Loh. We can't afford to have him keep repeating the same things over again. This way, our band will improve slower. We are responsible for the music we produce. Good or bad music you want, you choose.

Look at Mr Lim/ Ms Loh, respond and put what you have learnt to APPLICATION :D
